Renee Hall

Renee Hall is no stranger to high-end real estate.  Before moving to Palm Beach with her husband Steve 6 years ago, Renee successfully sold luxury real estate in the Cherry Creek area in Denver, Colorado.  Since moving, Renee has started a family and has been focused on spending time with her two young children – Stephen and Eleanor.  When Stephen entered Kindergarten last year, Renee reconnected with a career she is passionate about; real estate.

The youngest of five, and a 3rd generation Cincinnatian, Renee grew up with an avid interest in architecture and the arts and was drawn to the charm of Charleston, SC where she studied art history and design. A graduate from the College of Charleston, Renee found a great appreciation for Charleston’s rich history and the homes on the Battery. This appreciation has been rekindled living in Palm Beach with its unique architectural treasures and small town appeal.

Gil Messing

Gil brings with him vast and valuable knowledge of the Palm Beach real estate market. He has handled multiple transactions with both buyers and sellers at some of the most prestigious landmarks in the Town of Palm Beach, including the Winthrop House and Sun & Surf.

Letty Alvarez

Letty is joining Hall Real Estate with nearly seven years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate.  She has facilitated numerous transactions throughout South Florida representing both buyers and sellers. Letty also has extensive knowledge and experience with short sales and REO/ foreclosed   properties. She has earned her ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) Designation and is also REO Certified.
